- Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes before your appointment.
- We strive to provide excellent quality of service, If you need to cancel an appointment, please call us to cancel at least 3 hours in advance.
- If you don’t show up to your appointment without canceling, we charge you a $15 fee on the next haircut.
